Mixed-use and infrastructural architecture Since 2015 we have produced project designs and detailed documentation for half of a million square meters of industrial real estate, including transport and warehousing complexes. Our clients are Hines Development, Russian Railways, Central Passenger company.
A beautiful gravity flow winery Skalisty Bereg is settled into the picturesque hills of the Krasnodar region in the South of Russia, at Varvarovka village.
The main functions of the building are wine production with a cellar, positioned partly above ground, tasting rooms and a restaurant.
The design idea is based on a free fantasy about landscape and sea. Perception of the winery complex is determined by the antithesis "rectangular vs. bionic” or "technocratic vs natural".
